Terms of use

These terms describe your use of Olaf School, provided by TGIF Labs (Olaf). For questions, contact kim@tgiflabs.com.

What the service does

Olaf retrieves information from a school account you connect and supplies it to ChatGPT for a sourced answer. The current version supports one observed ClassDojo class, displayed stories and event details, and optional teacher messages and supported attachments. It does not guarantee access to every historical notice. A successful connection is not a guarantee that the school session will remain valid.

Your account and authorization

You must be an adult authorized to access the school account and information you connect. Do not connect someone else's account without their permission, use this service to bypass another person's access restrictions, or share account access in ways you are not permitted to share. You remain responsible for complying with ClassDojo's terms and school requirements. Your authorization does not make Olaf an official ClassDojo integration.

Keep your Olaf login secure. Enter ClassDojo credentials only on Olaf's school connection form. Never paste passwords, sign-in codes or cookies into ChatGPT. Review the privacy policy before connecting because requested school information is shared with ChatGPT.

Check important instructions

ChatGPT can make mistakes. Verify consequential dates, forms, payments, travel arrangements and other instructions against the linked school source or the school itself. A failed or incomplete read cannot establish that you have nothing to do. Olaf does not replace communication with a teacher or school and does not provide emergency monitoring.

Availability and changes

School websites and sign-in requirements can change, expire or become unavailable. We may change or pause this service for maintenance, security or provider requirements. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular lifetime for a saved school connection. This release does not include background monitoring.

Leaving the service

You may disconnect ClassDojo or delete your Olaf School account from your connection page. Deleting Olaf data does not delete school records or ChatGPT conversations. If you cannot sign in, contact kim@tgiflabs.com for help.

ClassDojo, ChatGPT and our other service providers have their own terms. Olaf is independent of ClassDojo and is not endorsed by ClassDojo or OpenAI.
